At Shramak, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below is our refund policy regarding defective products and order cancellations.

Defective Products

- Eligibility for Refund: Customers can request a refund only if they receive a defective product.  A product is considered defective if it has visible damage or is not functioning as intended upon arrival.

- Unboxing Video Requirement: To initiate a refund, customers must provide an unboxing video within 2 days of delivery. This video is crucial for verifying the defect. Ensure you capture the entire unboxing process, including the packaging and any defects in the product.

- Return Process:
  - Send your unboxing video along with your order number and a brief description of the defect to our customer service team at [Customer Service Email].
  -We will arrange for the product to be picked up from the address where it was originally delivered.
  -Return the defective product in its original packaging.
  - Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue store credit for the full amount minus INR 50, which covers return courier costs.
  

- Order Cancellation:

- Customers may cancel their order *before dispatch* and will receive a full refund if the order was prepaid. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at contactus.shramak@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Important Notes

- Time Frame: All requests for returns must be made within two days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for store credit.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note that items that are not defective or do not meet our return criteria are non-returnable.
- Do not remove tags: Ensure that all returns are made in unused condition with original tags and packaging.
- Issue of Refund: Refunds will be processed after we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Store Credit Use: Store credit can be used on future purchases at Shramak and does not expire.
